  • It's that time of year again when the agricultural sector is about to swing into top gear. Now is a perfect time to get us out to check over your grease systems to make sure they are ready to go after being parked up over the winter, just like this New Holland bailer we recently gave the once over and got working as it should. With busy times ahead, the last thing you want is downtime in the middle of a harvest.

  • When it comes to heavy haulage, the conditions these trucks work in go from one extreme to the other. On the seal, one minute, and then dusty logging tracks or mining haul roads. That why most operators choose to fit automatic lubrication to their trucks and trailers. Just like this Kenworth T909, we recently fitted with the BEKA EP-1 progressive grease system to go with the Groeneveld Singleline systems they run on their trailers. https://lnkd.in/gSxdDEMM https://lnkd.in/gerXeZge

  • The days are getting longer and warmer, and this means road sealing season is almost upon us here in the South Island. With this in mind, we just had the pleasure of setting up another Etnyre chip spreader with a Groeneveld Singleline Axial pump system. With 57 points, it makes perfect sense to fit an automatic grease system.

  • We often talk about the reliability of the Groeneveld Twin grease systems. Here is some proof. This plant (which we have featured before) was set up back in 2007, and each screen box tower has its own 8kg Twin pump fitted to grease the conveyors and screen boxes. Anyway, last week, we visited for a service call to check over the systems during a shutdown and thought we'd share just how reliable the systems are with the operating hours on the pumps ranging from 64,000 to 96,000 hours and still going strong.

  • 🌿 Te Wiki o te Reo Māori 2024 - Ake Ake Ake! 🌿 Kia ora e hoa mā! At LSL, we celebrate Te Reo Māori not just this week but every week. We’d like to acknowledge those on our team (and everyone else) who are on their own Te Reo Māori journey. It’s inspiring to see how we all come together, learning and supporting each other as we integrate the language into our everyday mahi. Quick shout-out from this morning at the QEII whare hākinakina (gym) – seeing signs in Te Reo Māori throughout the space was a great reminder of how far the language has come and how it’s being embraced in everyday life. Ka mau te wehi! “Ake Ake Ake” — Forever and ever — symbolises the enduring strength and future of Māori culture and language. Mauri ora 🙏🏼 #tewikiotereomāori2024 #akeakeake #māorilanguageweek #unity #aotearoa

  • Another shiny new Hitachi ZW310-7 all set to go equipped with a Groeneveld Twin grease system thanks to LSL. Not only do our installations seamlessly blend into the machine looking like a factory option, but they are also a great investment for money saving and resale value.

  • Working on the big gear again. When it comes to mining operations around the South Island time and time again, they turn to us to supply, install, and maintain their lubrication systems. As the manager of this particular mine said, "we went with you because of the service you provide." This is something we pride ourselves on.

  • Another new Scania fertilizer spreader is almost ready to hit the road and spec'd with the ever reliable Groeneveld Singleline grease system. The automatic greasing system of choice for spreading operators in the South Island, keeping everything greased while the truck is working pushing fresh grease through the points to keep out the mud, fertilizer, and water that these trucks injure.

  • Did you manage to catch Aussie truck rehab on TV3 last night? There is a prime example of why you should fit an automatic grease system to your truck. Because of lack of grease the spring pins and bushes in this truck where buggered and it cost 5 days and over $12,000 to fix the issue, Had they fitted a Groeneveld Singleline or BEKA grease system this this could have all been avoided and at a fraction of the cost. This is a story we hear often, and this is why you should fit automatic greasing👌
