Here are some shots of the gate removal at the Karapiro Dam. One of our Liebherr LTM1090 lifted and held the gate while the Scania w Fassi F710 disassembles the winch gear, then gate was lifted and placed vertically on the transporter to remove it off the dam. The gate was then pitched flat and transported for scrap metal. Cranes, Hiabs and Transport teams working together. Precast stairs installation. First stair set lifted into position was 6 ton, then a 2 ton floor slab and onto a second stair set at 5ton. The second set had very limited slew space, Sam had to offload and then reposition the truck so he could place the stairs into their final position. Our skilled team make the complex jobs easy. We recently took on the challenge of installing a steel staircase in a space where maneuverability was at a premium. Our Jekko minicrane was the perfect solution for the job, allowing us to operate efficiently in the tightest of spaces. Equipped with a Runner Jib for added precision, our team worked together to lift and position the staircase with care.
