Monk Mackenzie has locations in both New York, USA and Auckland, New Zealand. We are a highly creative, multi-disciplinary studio of talented architects and designers working across the disciplines of civic, infrastructural, residential and commercial architecture. Monk Mackenzie was established to provide clients with elegant, sculptural and poetic solutions to complex briefs. Both partners have extensive experience with some of the best architectural firms in the world including the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) and Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM) in New York and want to harness this experience in a New Zealand context. Monk Mackenzie's vision is to to create elegant and timeless architecture and to make a lasting contribution to the built environment and to do so in a sustainable and environmentally intelligent way.
