Congratulations to Aarushi Kumar and Ashleigh Bradbury who graduated from the University of Auckland last week. Aarushi has completed an LLB degree and joined Morris as a graduate in June 2024. Before joining Morris, Aarushi worked at a criminal law chambers, where she assisted with client management, legal research and drafting proceedings. Ashleigh has completed a BA/LLB(Hons) conjoint degree and started at the firm in September 2024. Prior to joining Morris, Ashleigh was a law clerk for a specialist relationship property and trust law barrister, and for a public law chambers. We are delighted to have Aarushi and Ashleigh on the team.

Morris is delighted to announce Sarah Flett's promotion to senior solicitor. Sarah was admitted as a solicitor in July 2021 and joined the team at Morris in February 2022. Prior to joining Morris, Sarah worked in the dispute resolution team at a Christchurch firm. Sarah acts for clients in complex trust, estate and family disputes. While at Morris, she has acted for trustees, executors, property managers, beneficiaries and HNW individuals. Sarah has appeared in the Family Court and High Court and has attended numerous mediations. Sarah also has expertise in capacity issues, including the removal and appointment of welfare guardians and property managers. Sarah's promotion recognises her expertise and her contributions to the firm and its clients.
