NZME’s Wellness Week 2024 is off to an inspiring start! This morning, we had the privilege of being joined by members of the Paralympics New Zealand team, including Para Canoe bronze medallist Peter Cowan and Para Cycling silver and bronze medallists Anna Taylor and Nicole Murray. They shared their own stories about their incredible journeys, how they’ve overcome adversity and cultivated a resilient mindset to become the champions they are today. Their stories of determination and triumph left us feeling motivated and uplifted.
