Seventy-four delicious signature Station M hued yuzu-spumoni cocktails were consumed, with a whopping 800 canapés down the hatch too - the battered prawns were a highlight, massive, (very hot) and delish. Our Toi building is LEVELING UP out of the ground at our Maungārongo development on Carrington Road. Check out the view from the top of the crane! We dropped by the site at last week and had our socks blown off by the progress made by our team. The foundations for both Toi and it's neighbouring building will be completed in the next week, also the underslab drainage and services are very near completion. The next couple of weeks will see the scaffolding go up and the plan for the next 1-2 months is to get both Toi and Building 4's structure up to the first level. Completion of Toi is anticipated for late 2025 and there are some stunning apartments still available. If you didn't already know, this is the first building and the foundation stone of the new community we are building out there. Toi is the latest instalment in the Marutūāhu-Ockham story.
