Innovative Organic Fertilisers & Nutritional Products for Horticulture, Viticulture & Agriculture.

About us

We have been supporting New Zealand commercial growers for two decades. We do this by distributing organic balanced fertilisers, hydroponic supplies and plant nutritional products to farmers, growers and home gardeners. These can replace the synthetic chemicals widely used, and produce impressive results, including faster plant growth, increased crop yields, healthier soils and plants more resistant to disease. We don’t just THINK these mineral fertilisers and micro-organisms work, we KNOW they do! We have extensive independent research and field trials, which highlight the efficacy of these products. We believe growers should be informed of and given the choice of utilising new advanced organic fertilisers, such as these organic products that produce the same or often BETTER results than their synthetic counterparts. And as they are more effective, less product needs to be applied, fewer tractor runs and that equals more cost savings to growers.

  • Biomin Booster V is an amino acid-chelated multi-mineral developed to address nutrient deficiencies in crops. It contains bio-available forms of all essential trace elements such as iron, zinc, manganese, molybdenum which are chelated with amino acids to increase nutrient uptake and translocation within the plant. This chelation process ensures superior absorption efficiency, allowing plants to overcome deficiencies fast. 🙌👀 Biomin Booster V, suitable for all crops, promotes robust growth and increased stress tolerance and supports overall plant health by improving enzymatic functions and metabolic pathways. 🌱 Learn more about how Biomin Booster V can increase your crop nutrition at https://lnkd.in/gdz4-nAc #BiominBoosterV #OrganicFertiliser #CropNutrition #RootsShootsFruits #SustainableFarming #GrowBetter

🌍 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙄𝙘𝙚𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮: What we see vs. What it really is. The concept of sustainability often gets reduced to reducing CO2 emissions. While this is crucial, it’s just the tip of the iceberg. As we go deeper, we uncover the broader impact of sustainability on every aspect of society and the planet. 🌱 In this visual, the iceberg represents what people see versus what sustainability truly communicates. Reducing CO2 emissions is just one part of the equation. But what about the hidden layers that lie beneath the surface? 🌊 💡 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙤 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙊2 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Beneath the waterline, we find essential but often overlooked elements that are equally important: Social justice 🌍: Ensuring equity and fairness across all communities. Reducing other greenhouse gases 🌬️: Addressing methane and nitrous oxide emissions. Education access 🎓: Empowering future generations to lead sustainable lives. Food security 🌾: Creating resilient food systems that feed the world sustainably. Water replenishment 💧: Managing our most precious resource responsibly. Regenerative design 🏗️: Building systems that restore and renew ecosystems. Circular economy ♻️: Shifting from linear consumption to a loop of reuse and recycling. 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡! 🌿 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤: Plastic reduction: Fighting pollution at its core. Ozone recovery: Continuing efforts to heal our atmosphere. Carbon equality: Ensuring that the transition to a low-carbon economy benefits all, not just a select few. Biodiversity protection: Safeguarding ecosystems and the species that depend on them. The deeper we go, the more we realize that sustainability is interconnected with every part of life—from limiting ocean acidification to ensuring lively coral reefs continue to thrive. 🐠 🔍 So why does this matter? If we only focus on reducing CO2 emissions, we miss the broader picture. Sustainability isn’t just an environmental issue; it’s a social, economic, and ethical one too. The world’s challenges are interconnected, and so must be our solutions. 🌱 A Holistic Approach Businesses, policymakers, and individuals must embrace a holistic approach. Sustainability can’t just be an afterthought; it has to be integrated into everything we do. This means designing processes that support not just environmental goals but also social equity, economic resilience, and biodiversity protection. The path forward requires us to dive beneath the surface, to uncover the full scope of sustainability, and tackle the entire iceberg—not just the part we see. • We all know the planet needs help—and fast! To reduce the harmful effects of climate change, we need to remove 20 gigatons of CO2 from the air every year. Sounds like a big ask, right? But there’s a powerful solution in nature’s toolkit: mycorrhizal fungi. These tiny soil superheroes help plants pull carbon from the air and lock it into the soil for good. This means healthier crops, better soil, and a big win in the fight against climate change. 🌱 Let’s grow a better future together—starting from the ground up! 🌾 Learn more about our Mycorrhizal fungi, Rootella here: https://rd2.co.nz/ #ClimateAction #CarbonSequestration #HealthySoil #MycorrhizalFungi #SustainableFarming #Rootella #GrowBetter

  • As we gear up for Recycling Week, we’re excited to share a fantastic initiative by Foodstuffs to reduce waste and promote recycling. By partnering with local innovators, they’re helping turn plastic caps and lids into valuable resources rather than letting them end up in landfills. This collaboration is a big step towards a cleaner, more sustainable future! Let’s do our part this Recycling Week by making small changes that add to big environmental benefits. 🌍 https://lnkd.in/gScEs6c9 #RecyclingWeek #Sustainability #WasteReduction #CapsAndLidsRecycling #DoYourPart #CleanerFuture
