Melanie Salisbury, our expert in Aviation Tours, recently led a group of aviation enthusiasts on an unforgettable journey through France and the UK on the D-Day & Bomber County Tour. A standout moment was when seven guests had the thrilling opportunity to experience a taxi run in the iconic Lancaster Bomber 'Just Jane.' With only two airworthy Lancasters left in the world, this one is on its way to becoming the third, currently taxiing as it undergoes further restoration. Melanie loves travelling with groups, making the experience seamless and enjoyable, as all the details are handled for you. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the ride! 🛩️ Find out more about Melanie here: http://travl.to/6047l7BdF

In July, Kristin Edgeworth from 360edge Travel had an amazing opportunity to cruise the Kimberley with Silversea Cruises, after winning an incredible prize. She managed to tick off two bucket list experiences: the Horizontal Falls and Montgomery Reef. A delightful surprise was the twin falls in King George River, where their expedition leader dunked everyone under the waterfalls for some added fun. Silversea made the experience even more special with a "drinks" zodiac delivering champagne and beer to guests at the base of the falls. Kristin’s advice is to forget fashion in the Kimberley—you can opt for a wide-brimmed hat, long sleeves to avoid sunscreen, and reef shoes for those wet landings. 🛳️ Find out more about Kristin here: http://travl.to/6040lLg0e

In July, Megan Lowish visited Vancouver and Whistler in Canada! Her highlight was biking down the mountain at Whistler and zip lining from Blackcomb to Whistler. She also fell in love with Vancouver, calling it her new favorite city in the world. Megan highly recommends using public transport in Vancouver—just $11 CAD for a day pass that covers ferry, SkyTrain, bus, and subway rides. If you love shopping, there's an outlet centre two stops from the airport at Templeton, and just one stop further at Bridgeport, you can find an amazing weekend Asian night market! 😍🚵♀️ Find out more about Megan here: http://travl.to/6041lYP2t

Kirsty Latham from I Love Travel recently embarked on an incredible journey to Dubai, Italy, and a Sun Princess Cruise exploring Rome, Corfu, Bar, Mykonos, Santorini, and Naples. Cruising on the brand new Sun Princess was a highlight, allowing her to tick off new destinations from her travel bucket list. Visiting the Greek Islands, especially Santorini, had always been a dream for Kirsty, and they did not disappoint! Dubai also made for an excellent stopover. Despite some changes in plans due to port adjustments and weather events, the trip was fantastic. Having not been to Europe for a few years, Kirsty found herself soaking in the rich history, which is a huge contrast to New Zealand’s young age. She believes that every New Zealander should experience Europe at least once in their lifetime. ✨🗺️ Find out more about Kirsty here: http://travl.to/6048ldFRK

Bryce Read recently embarked on an incredible journey to Sydney and Hunter Valley! Highlights included kicking off Vivid 2024 with fireworks over Sydney Harbour from a ship, exploring Taronga Zoo with its stunning city views and unique accommodation within the zoo. Then in Hunter Valley, Bryce had an unforgettable hot air balloon ride and enjoyed oyster shucking while standing in a meter of water—which was something different, and it was very refreshing to be learning a new skill, being outdoors and active. Plus, eating a dozen oysters! 🎆👏 Find out more about Bryce here: http://travl.to/6044ldUCy

In June, Kim Mildon set off on an unforgettable Kimberly Cruise! If you're thinking about embarking on a Kimberly Cruise, Kim suggests booking as soon as possible since spots fill up quickly. The best time to travel is from June to August, and Kim had fantastic weather during her trip. ☀️ Kim's journey was filled with countless highlights, showcasing the region's stunning diversity and beauty. For those seeking a small ship experience with a maximum of 228 passengers, Kim highly recommends the Scenic Eclipse II. It's like having your own private mega yacht! The Captain and crew truly go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. 🛳️ Find out more about Kim here: http://travl.to/6041lEyQc

During May, Alison Sharp experienced VIVID Sydney and regional New South Wales with Destination New South Wales. The highlight was a harbour cruise on opening night, with fireworks, lasers, and lights. An early morning hot air balloon flight over Hunter Valley was also magical, with stunning scenery as the fog lifted over the vineyards. 🎇 Ali recommends dining at a waterfront restaurant to enjoy the lights and exploring the regions, which offer a variety of scenery and activities just a short trip from the city (avoid rush hour!).😍 Find out more about Ali here: http://travl.to/6045l8TKX
