At Vision Systems we know it's important to listen to the team, so every month, we gather our team members from around NZ for what we call an Operational Excellence Meeting. We spend the day listening to our team's suggestions and discussing various topics - the good, the bad, and the ugly! We always make it a fun time (except when we recently tried the most sour pickle in the world 😅) and make sure to end the day with some team-building to top it off.

When it comes to team building, strategy, and fun, we know how to do it! In June, our Vision Systems sales team flew to Auckland and spent some time with Tristan focusing on forward strategy and celebrating the success! In true Vision styles, we threw in three wheels of consequences: paint and sip, karaoke (at 1am), our company game of chop-chop bang slap, and a dinner coupled with a Vision Systems quiz. If you ever need entertainment at your Christmas function hit up our sales team. Some would say they sing and have better moves than Elvis!
