Overall I'm happy with my experience of buying speakers and stands. The store lined up a range of speakers which I could listen to, I believe I found the right speakers for me.

Slight issue with the stands, they are on back order so the store lent me there demo stands until mine arrive.

Staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

My new and very expensive and very (very) delicate cartridge fitted and a new lease of life breathed into my large(ish) vinyl collection. This was a job which I didn't want to attempt myself as I don't have the necessary bits and pieces to ensure that the cartridge was correctly fitted. I also didn't relish the prospect to trying to transport my deck back to the shop, it's very heavy and to much risk of damage in transit. So I was very happy on contacting Audio T to discover that they would install it at home for me, and give my deck the once over to ensure that it was set up and working properly. The end result is I now have a very big smile on my face whilst listening to records that have never sounded do good. I couldn't be happier.

Had issues with old turntable. The friendly staff gave it a free MOT, and a number of good options were proposed. Decided on the option to upgrade the wiring and motor.

Excellent service from Nick and the team.

We now have a functioning HiFI, at last.

Love both the Naim XS3 and the Spendor A4 speakers.

On a cosmetic note the oak veneers on the speakers are sublime!

I have been dealing with Àudio T Brighton for many years. Having purchased a Naim ND555 last year, I enquired about the effects of adding a second 555 power supply. They obtained a second unit for the dem which was pressure-free; they made it possible for me to listen to my own hi-res downloada to make a fair comparison. All this washed down with cups of tea and coffee! Going the extra mile for the customer creates a trust that has lead to múltiple purchases over the years. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly, welcoming and informative staff. Talked through a range of purchase options and set up excellent listening conditions. I never felt under any pressure to buy or make instant decisions.

The staff at Oxford were very friendly and helpful regarding the set-up of my equipment. I've had a very good experience with them over the last five years.

Recent purchase from your Swansea store, which we are very pleased with. Andy (only his mother calls him Andrew) did have to make a home visit, user error of course, and was quickly sorted. Returned to the store with a number of questions, Andy talked us through our queries and us two oldies left very happy, it probably won’t be our last visit, our last system was purchased more than 40 years ago so this is a revelation to us.
But thanks for being patient and bearing with us.

So shocked this morning to have found that the Oxford Shop is closed!
We contacted Rob and Jon earlier this year to see if we could come along from our home in Devon to demo the Dynaudio Active speakers.
We made the journey and they were so helpful and knowledgeable and the products demonstrated where just what we were looking for after downsizing.
We were happy to make an order there and then and a few weeks later after testing Rob drove down to Devon with our kit and set it up beautifully.
We had a couple of minor issues over the first few weeks and Rob and Jon went over and above to make sure that we were fully happy.
We use the system nearly every day and can honestly say it has enriched our listening experience.
We cannot speak highly enough of both Rob and Jon's perseverance in making sure our Audio T experience was nothing but perfect! We can thoroughly recommend the service that we received and sincerely hope that both Rob and Jon's and their exemplary customer service have been absorbed into the wider Audio T network.

I have made a couple of separate purchases and services was excellent for both. The sign of a good company is what they do when something goes wrong. One of my purchases developed a fault after a couple of weeks, I emailed them at. 9 am telling them what issue was, at 11 am the same day they had been around collected it, by the evening I was advised the manufacturer was replacing, I recieved the replacement a couple of days later.

I will say this wasn’t AudioT’s fault, and the Manufacturer was a well renowned company, it was just one of those things that sometimes happens, but to have that level of service goes above and beyond, as they say.

I will certainly be buying in the future and would highly recommend them.

Excellent cd player. A nice step up from my previous player, the Apollo. Bigger sound stage, nice tuneful bass, clearer more natural vocals and very musical. I will also use the DAC with the wiim pro to stream music. Very satisfied with the buying experience from audio t.

The staff in Southampton Audio T. Tiago, Nick and Wayne were welcoming, attentive and infinitely patient with the readiness to try different Harbeth models and arrange for a home demonstration. It was helpful and I learned a lot from the conversation I had with them too. I never felt under pressure of any kind and there was a feeling that they wanted me confident and happy with my choice which I indeed am. Thank you ever so much, it does not get better than that.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was obviously able to listen to the hifi players in the shop. But they even offered me to borrow the one I was most interested in, so I can test listen on my speakers at home. In the end I was convinced by the Marantz MCR 612, so I ordered it there and then. They personally delivered it to my home 3 days later.
It's been a few weeks since, and I am still I'm very happy with the purchase and the service provided.

Fantastic service from Dave McIntyre at Audio T Manchester. Initially with free turntable service which improved my existing Rega RP8 performance no end . Thereafter followed an informative discussion regarding a potential upgrade which resulted in the purchase of a Linn LP12 which produces an unbelievable sound. Can’t thank Dave enough for opening my eyes and ears.
