This was so helpful when I needed…

This was so helpful when I needed advice on retitling a car I inherited and no one, including my own lawyer, seemed to know the answer. Trustpilot connected me with a person who knew just what to do and was extremely caring and responded quickly to my questions.

Covered up displate partnering with an…

Covered up displate partnering with an alt right content creator, and then telling me to leave them alone when I said it was not appropriate to pay this monster. They said it was just edgy humor. I shared screenshots of this conversation and links to the creators offensive videos. They refused to keep the review up. They took it down as defamation, but it happened and evidence was provided.

no help not any support from that pos drager system. they supposedly bought by B S roadguard ? nothing but problems finally got rid and got smart smart which has the program working with no problem

No longer remove fraudulent reviews

Trustpilot no longer remove fraudulent reviews. They no longer ask the reviewer to provide evidence, but run it through proprietary software - so they're happy to libel your business with no comeback. We'll be looking at alternatives at this point.

Terrible Customer Support

Terrible customer support when trying to manage reviews. On 3 separate occasions now I have been ignored. By far the worst review platform which has not managed to keep up to date alongside the other, faster growing platforms.

One complaint that I have about "most"…

One complaint that I have about "most" of the current Internet "Plans" is the detailed and sometimes confusing steps, to complete verification. I know that it is for security, but the number of steps, along with the number of organizations, makes it confusing and a problem. Your site is not exempt. Don Mallick

They have a very fraudulous way of working with their so called software to make sure a review is legit. Reviews placed by competitors to derank your company are called legit by Trustpilot. Bunch of frauds is what they are!

I would give them zero stars if it was…

I would give them zero stars if it was possible. I wrote a review for a company, Xpromo Auto Transport, who did a great job for me and Trustpilot removed my review. When I followed up, they said they couldn't verify its authenticity. They wanted me to supply documents? Are you kidding me - if they would have checked with the company, they would have know I was a customer. What a waste of time.

I walked out disappointed and upset

I had requested an appointment for a cut and colour a week previous. When a got there Breanne only had time for a cut. But said she could work in a colour with a rapid developer.
1 why wasn’t I in for the appt I wanted? Breanne talks too much listens too little
2 if there is a developer that works in 10 minutes why isn’t this used more often? I asked if it would have the same results she guaranteed that it would.
3 I walked out disappointed and upset. Wasting my time

They don't seem to care

My org has been review bombed for another company with a similar name over their flopped product. We have flagged these negative reviews that are not related to our business and gone through customer help and have had no response.

We have been escalating for nearly 9 months without a viable means of getting this resolved. We have had to discuss with prospective clients and existing clients over these negative reviews which has cost us agreements because of the unsettling feeling a negative review left on the conversation.

Trust Pilot might be an interesting product for getting reviews but if you get a flood from trolls, or a similar product/company name you are screwed.
