We are thrilled to announce that ALC Lawyers & Counsels, in collaboration with esteemed law firms across the Gulf region and in partnership with Lidings Law Firm from the Russian Federation, successfully organized the Russian-Gulf Business Forum on 24 September 2024 at Metropol Hotel, Moscow, Russia. This prestigious event brought together legal experts from Russia, Sultanate of Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Kingdom of Bahrain to explore critical legal topics in the region. The conference tackled vital issues such as Investments and Capital, Company Formation, Investment Promotion, Dispute Resolution through Litigation and Arbitration. This event is a landmark achievement and the first of its kind, uniting lawyers and legal consultants from the Gulf with their Russian counterparts. We are incredibly proud of our team’s contributions. Zainab Al lawati, our Senior Associate, delivered a powerful presentation on litigation and arbitration laws, highlighting the key role of legislation in dispute resolution. Meanwhile, our Corporate Associate, Daniyal Khalid, expertly navigated corporate and investment laws, providing insights into company formation procedures under Oman’s Commercial Companies Law and related regulations.
