It has its issues, but it's nice to finally get this off of the Vita.
What Big Helmet Heroes lacks in depth, it makes up for tenfold in charm
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is one of the finest games I've played in years, with a gripping story and refined gameplay. It's still early in the year, but this is definitely on course to be 2025's Game of the Year.
Something of a hidden gem which has a lot of gems hidden for you to shoot with your machine gun drill.
Basureroes: Invasion is a side-scrolling game that has a lot of fun stages and characters to play as, but repetitive music and odd gameplay choices make it frustrating.
Sword of the Necromancer: Resurrection is a fun adventure with a beautifully voiced cast. However, the gameplay can stagnate a bit and the summoning lacks something that would help it stand out.
Dead of Darkness is a creepy and challenging survival horror title with an interesting story that makes you want to solve the mystery of what is happening here.
With a mix of stale combat, rough translation, and no saving, Ship of Mist has an interesting core concept, but the execution falls flat to the point that I cannot recommend.
Sniper Elite: Resistance is a fantastic time, with its minor flaws rarely impacting the experience.
Quite a disappointment, with only glimmers of fun to have peeking through the bike exhaust.
Eternal Strands is an amazing adventure that excels in combat and exploration. Finding unique sights, battling fearsome bosses, and crafting incredible gear makes it extremely fun to play. Highly recommended.
Tap Wizard 2 is a twist on a bullet-hell type game with RPG elements, but it is hard to play with a controller and has too many things to collect and equip with little direction.
A linear adventure that looks great, with some combat and a bunch of puzzles to keep you thinking.
Creo God Simulator makes smiting villagers fun, and there's no shortage of godly powers at your disposal, but gameplay lulls, high building costs, and repetitiveness can dampen your time as Creostrider.
Escape from Mystwood Mansion is a fun and snacky puzzler with varying brain teasers and a fun, if mostly absent, meta-plot. Though the length is on the short side, it's as long as it needs to be. I just wish there was an inventory.
Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero is a superb SRPG that every fan of the genre needs to play. Its complex battle system and engaging story make this an absolute blast to play through!
The visuals and designs are all great, and the gameplay can be fun, but it feels like something is missing, combined with slippery controls and an annoying camera.
Wren's Resurgence is a fast-paced action title with great parkour action, but at this current stage, it is very buggy. I hope it gets fixed soon!
Discolored 2 is a fun experience, but it offers nothing new, and some of the puzzles can be challenging.
Garten of Banban 7 is a creepy game set at Banban's Kindergarten. The controls can be frustrating, but the game lasts for less than an hour.
