珈琲亭いつも甘辛味噌そばを食べているので、今回は久しぶりに軟骨そば小。
フーチバー(ヨモギ)がガツンときてお肉と合いますね!結構独特な味なので、好き嫌いが分かれるみたいです。注文時にフーチバーなしがいい人は言ってねってメニューに書いてありました。
軟骨って名前だけど軟骨のブヨブヨはほとんどなくって、赤身のお肉主体です。わーいわーい。赤身が好きです。
カツ丼はがっつりお肉でボリューミー。
甘辛い味付けで満足感があるな〜
八重山そばミニサイズがついてくるのも高ポイントですね。
結構お客さんが多いので、1時ごろに近づいてくると欠品が出てきます。
この日も後から来たお客さんが、焼きそば食べたかったのにないの⁉︎と残念がっていました。
お店は10時からオープンなので、食べたいメニューが決まっている方はなるべく早くランチに行ったほうがいいみたいです。
この日も食後に珈琲亭の自慢の濃いコーヒーをいただいて帰りました。満足満足。
Coffee-Tei, I always have sweet and spicy miso soba, so this time I had cartilage soba small for the first time in a long time.
The hooch bar (mugwort) is a nice kick and goes well with the meat! The taste is quite unique, so there seem to be different likes and dislikes. It says on the menu that if you want it without the hooch bar, please let them know when you order.
It's called 'cartilage' but there's very little cartilage and it's mainly lean meat. Yay yay yay. I like lean meat.
The pork cutlet bowl is hearty with chunky meat.
The sweet and spicy seasoning makes me feel satisfied.
Another high point is that it comes with a mini size of Yaeyama soba noodles.
There are quite a lot of customers, so when it gets close to around 1pm, some items are missing.
On this day, a customer who came later was disappointed that there was no yaki-soba even though he wanted to eat it.
The restaurant opens at 10am, so if you have a specific menu you want to eat, it seems you should go for lunch as early as possible.
On this day, too, I left after the meal with a cup of Coffee Pavilion's signature strong coffee. Satisfied and satisfied.
