Cane Group Providing Employment in 2023 This pay period, we're paying 130 casuals wages throughout Cane Constructions Ltd project sites in both Civil and Building Construction Projects. This is excluding our permanent employees. Today we have over 20 permanent employees by Cane Group who are also nasfund contributors and over 30 contract employees. We proud to be putting food on the table for over 180 families in the country. Over the course of 2023, we have employed close to about 300 manpower for projects most of whom are stood down due to project completion. We have sponsored students in both tertiary and colleges including short term courses for development of our staff. We have invested over K250,000.00 in assisting in school fees wherever we can afford to. Most notably, for our project operational needs, we have paid for school fee and and in the process of training and developing 2X Excavator Operators, 2X Semi Trailer Driver, 1X Dozer Operator who will be our next generation of operators and drivers in the industry. We can only be able to do that through the support of our clients and partners. We thank them for their trust and confidence in us in 2023 and look forward to another great year in 2024. Bulldozer Operator Trainee This year, #Cane Constructions Ltd has embarked on training a few individuals on various field. Seen here is Ruben Yepio Yama who was sponsored by #Cane to attend Mapex Training Institute in Lae, Morobe Province to undergo training as a Bulldozer Operator. He is now undergoing 2 weeks of Operator training at one of our project locations, carefully guided by one of our very experienced Operator. He will graduate in 2 weeks time with a certificate and a class 4 dozer operators license. He will be with #Cane civil team for one year, continuing as a dozer Operator and closely monitored and guided until we asses that he can work independently. We're pleased to invest into building the next generation of operators for our country. #WhateverItTakes

As we approach the end of the financial year 2023, our dedicated Accounts and Admin team are preparing to clean up our 2023 books. We are meticulously reviewing financial records, double-checking entries, and reconciling accounts to guarantee the highest level of integrity in our financial statements. In 2023, we are focused on enhancing our processes and systems, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to optimize our operations.
