The early part of the morning was led by a multi-denomination service where the call was made for Madang leaders and the populous to ‘Repent, Unite and Reignite’ the fire of the Holy Spirit in order to bring about real change in the province. The City Hall says they are working as fast as they can to have everything ready in time for the arrival of the Holy Father. With nine days to go before the arrival of the head of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis, the National Capital District Commission in an update today said work has already begun to have the city ready for the visit.
