    “We can’t afford to outsource.” I hear this from founders all the time. But here’s the truth: You can’t afford not to. Here are the common patterns I see when founders try to manage customer support internally: • Burnout: There aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything when you’re wearing ten different hats. If you’re always playing catch up and trying to answer every customer email, monitor each call, and respond to feedback, you’re going to burn out. • Bandwidth: At the same time, you can’t really afford to be away from the pulse of the customer. But when you’re putting out constant customer support fires, everything else that needs your attention suffers – whether that’s product, marketing, or sales. • Scale: In this climate, you need sustainable growth. But that can’t happen when hiring, onboarding, and training new customer support reps is so expensive. And that puts a limit on how fast you can grow. That’s why offshored customer support is more important than ever. Over the last few months, I’ve personally hired over 200 people and offshored CS for multiple companies. All the while reducing costs, increasing NPS, and staying compliant. Happy to share what I’ve learned if you’re interested. Just DM me. :)
