Job Title: Corporate and Technical Recruiter Location: Davao/Manila Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: As a Corporate and Technical Recruiter at Cubework PH, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring technical and non-technical talent in the industry. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your ability to source, screen, and interview candidates will be instrumental in ensuring our company maintains a highly skilled and motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture. 2. Interviewing and Selection: • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and team members. • Assist in the selection process, including reference checks and background screenings. 3. Candidate Pipeline Management: • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain candidate data. 4. Employer Branding: • Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent. • Attend industry events and job fairs to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates. 5. Compliance and Reporting: • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree a plus). • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter with a focus on technical positions in the logistics or supply chain industry. • Strong understanding of the 3PL industry and the specific skill sets required for technical roles. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
