    Delfines Hotel Management Corporation is looking for a Marketing Officer! Responsibilities Digital Marketing: - Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages of El Nido Garden Resort, Grand Blue Beach Hotel, and Infinity Diving Resort and Residences. - Foster strong community relationships by engaging with the guests (e.g. actively reposting guests' stories, replying to comments, addressing some inquiries across social media platforms, etc.) - Conduct graphic design and video editing. - Develop and manage overall budget and reports for ad campaigns. - Suggest and implement digital strategies and promotions to increase sales revenue. - Utilize website platforms such as Squarespace and WordPress, and apply SEO concepts to optimize content for search engine visibility. Media and Events: - Coordinate media partnerships and influencer engagements. - Plan and coordinate events as needed, ensuring all logistical details are managed and the events align with company objectives and branding. - Propose and organize company events (e.g. buffet, environmental sustainability events, etc.). Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not mandatory for the right candidate). - 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics. - Proficient in both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) marketing strategies. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Basic graphic design skills for creating simple visual content. - Professional demeanor with a good work ethic and attention to detail. - Willingness to work onsite in Pasay City, Philippines.
