This Women's Month, we are celebrating the women of ECCP who are shaping the future of business. From trailblazers to innovators, let's see how they inspire equality and inclusion in the workforce while transforming vision into action! Today, we hear from Lylah Fronda-Ledonio, Co-Founder & Executive Director for Commercial Leasing of Leechiu Property Consultants, on how she champions women in the workplace. "Being the only woman in the room comes with challenges, but it also comes with the power to inspire change. Showing up, speaking up, and leading with purpose open doors—not just for one, but for many. Mentoring, pushing boundaries, and proving that excellence knows no gender is how real progress is made. We don’t wait for a seat at the table; we claim it and build a bigger one for those who will follow." #WEcanbeEquALL #NWMC2025 #ChamberOfChoice #BrighterPossibilities

This Women's Month, we are celebrating the women of ECCP who are shaping the future of business. From trailblazers to innovators, let's see how they inspire equality and inclusion in the workforce while transforming vision into action! Today, we hear from Flo Loreto-Lao, Commercial Director at Diageo Philippines, Inc., on how she champions women in the workforce. "I advocate Work-Life integration among women (and men) in Diageo as being effective at work is only feasible if your family is well cared for. As a mother myself, I understand the demands of raising children & creating a happy home will inevitably overlap with responsibilities at work. Providing the flexibility to manage our time empowers us, Diageo women, to deliver business results without compromising what matters most in our lives." As for her advice to fellow young women in the business field, “Define your purpose and let it be your North Star, guiding every decision with intention. Stay anchored in your core values, ensuring that distractions like bias, discrimination, or societal expectations don’t derail you. By staying true to yourself and letting go of what doesn’t serve your purpose, you create the clarity and strength needed to push forward with persistent determination.” #WEcanbeEquALL #NWMC2025 #ChamberOfChoice #BrighterPossibilities
