👉 95% of Filipino Prosumers believe that mental wellbeing is one of the most concerning issues of our times. However, talking about #mentalhealth is still carried out in hushed tones. 🤐 According to 70% of Filipino Prosumers, saying that everything is fine even if it is not true is an expected social convention. Another 67% say that they are pressured to say they feel good even when they don't because of the stigma associated with talking about mental health. 🤚 As a company, we at HAVAS Ortega believe that this has to change. Mental health is too big an issue for us to not talk about it. ❗We need to talk about mental health and normalize discussions about it -- specially in the workplace. 👉 We wrote a white paper that can help companies and brands that are trying to instituionalize a mental health program in their workplaces. For a copy, click on to https://lnkd.in/dSxCvd2E 💞 Let's talk about #mentalhealth. Did you know that 41% of Filipino Prosumers are experiencing or have experienced mental distress? Among Filipino Gen Z, that figure jumps to an alarming 73%. Yet, conversations about mental health remain rare. Even with these concerning statistics, nearly half of Filipino Prosumers—and 73% of Gen Z—hesitate to talk about their mental health struggles, even with those closest to them. At HAVAS Ortega, we believe it’s time to break the silence. We must dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health conversations. We believe brands and businesses have a critical role to play in this shift. It starts with fostering open dialogue among their employees and extends to how we communicate with consumers through their marketing and advertising. We’ve developed a white paper that outlines actionable ways brands can help address this pressing issue. If you'd like to dive deeper, you can access the white paper here: https://lnkd.in/dSxCvd2E Let’s work together to create a healthier world, one conversation at a time. #MeaningfulWork #Meaningfulness #MeaningfulBrands #MentalHealth #MentalWellbeing #MentalHealthMatters #OneAsia #OneHAVAS #Health #Wellbeing Havas Media Network Havas Creative Network Havas Health Network HAVAS Red PH HAVAS Life Manila HAVAS Market PH Jos Ortega Jay Lim Rozzaine V. Truly honored to have attended the launch of the #SaveFromExtinction campaign by SM Prime during the APAC Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction last October 15th. It was a powerful moment to see the work of HAVAS Ortega Creative brought to life, showcasing the urgent need to protect 6 of the Philippines’ critically endangered species. This campaign not only raises awareness but also calls for immediate action to preserve these beautiful creatures for future generations. Proud to be part of such a meaningful initiative aimed at making a #MeaningfulDifference. 🌍🐾 #APACDRR #HavasForGood #EndangeredSpecies #SMPrime Jan Lorraine Cui Angie Tijam - Tohid Jos Ortega Villa Rica Manuel Dianne Jomelle Elemos Kathleen Rodriguez

📒 According to our most recent #Prosumer Report, nearly 3 in 4 Filipino Prosumers (74%) believe brands should leverage #GenerativeAI to deliver more seamless and personalized experiences. Seventy-three percent also believe that brands should use generative #AI to personalize products and services -- something that they are now looking forward to when shopping. 💡 However, there is another piece of crucial insight that brands should remember: 80% of these Prosumers still prefer interacting with humans when it comes to #customerservice. 🤔 What does this mean for us as brand leaders? 🤹♀️ It’s about striking the right balance: Embracing AI for operational efficiency and for driving personalized offerings, while ensuring we don’t lose the human touch that builds trust and loyalty. Customers want us to be tech-savvy and at the same time, human-centered. 💞 As we navigate this evolving landscape, let’s focus on the future of marketing that is both innovative, heartfelt, and meaningful. 💖 👉 We wrote a white paper on how Filipino Prosumers feel and think about Generative AI.
