    For any busy parent taking calls at 8am while getting kids ready for school... or making breakfast... still in PJs, and you don't have the luxury of an extra pair of hands... here's my fav feature. Real-time notes for calls. It's so simple, but that's the charm of it. It’s great when you just need to have a chat with someone, decisions were made, you need to give someone a quick update, but you don't want to schedule a 30 minute meeting -- ah, the beauty of a simple phone call. (And after the call you share the notes with em saving the other person the time of taking notes) I've used this for: 1. Searching for the date of the event we just discussed a minute ago. 2. Finding the answer to a question that was already asked. 3. Remembering my colleague's kid's name while on the call. (clutch for back2school season small talk)
