Last week, we held our first of what will become our quarterly workshops with Coach Bernard Marquez at WeWork in RCBC with our Luzon Team, and our VIS-MIN team that joined online. In this session, we encouraged discussions on workplace mindsets and aligning goals and values as a team. Our aim is to build a positive work culture that not only achieves the company's goals but also supports every individual on our team who contributes to Shipmates' mission—making shipping easy for any business. 🚀 These are exciting times as we also welcome new shipmates (team members 😉) who will be joining in the next few weeks.
