Our client specializes in creating video ads for mobile apps and games and aims to help their client in the marketing/advertising side.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to convert qualified leads into clients, manage post-sales follow-up, and maintain client relationships.
We would also love to have someone who has experience in selling creative ads before and at least involved in the mobile apps/games industry.
Being a mobile gamer is a plus as well!
Key responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients through social media, email, and phone
Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities
Generate and qualify potential customer lists
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in the CRM system
Business Development Management:
Follow up on qualified leads generated by Lead Generation Specialists
Convert leads into sales by managing the sales process and closing deals
Address client needs and issues, maintaining long-term relationships
Assist clients in creating usage plans, and providing technical support and training
Analyze sales data and suggest improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
5-8 plus years of sales or customer management experience
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Experience with mobile app/game promotion through paid traffic or familiarity with online marketing is preferred
Ability to independently manage multiple client projects and ensure customer satisfaction
