We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager for our team. This individual will be critical for driving new and renewal business with brand partnership programs with best-in-class strategy, ideas, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Support the business development and partnership marketing team on Lead the development of innovative marketing proposals, incorporating branded content, digital media, video, data, influencer marketing, and events
    • Act as the main contact for the partnerships sales team, Handle both reactive and proactive RFPs, and craft cohesive responses by integrating research, marketplace insights, design, content, and brand elements, including concept creation and strategic components
    • Collaborate with the partnerships team to maintain and enhance our general sales materials, focusing on sales positioning, design updates, metrics, and case studies
    • Creatively pull together all elements for the pitch collateral (e.g., idea descriptions, deck, screenshots, mock-ups, research, custom templates, etc.)
    • Partner with senior executives and brand marketing to create sales materials for new intellectual property (IP) and market opportunities that contribute to the company's growth.
    • Work across teams to brainstorm and package innovative methods for integrating brands into existing content and physical environments
    • Ensure that proposed ideas and strategies align with brand partners' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives to guarantee the success of partnership programs
    • Possess exceptional copywriting skills to effectively convey the brand's voice and generate creative ideas for branded content within our existing content offerings in a strategic manner
    • Consistently update clients asset rate card with current rates and estimated delivery (views, impressions, and engagements) for clients Owned and Operated assets as well as talent assets
  • Post-Sales Support
    • Support activations team on pulling reporting campaign reporting for partner reports
    • Creatively pull together all elements for campaign case studies and wrap decks
    • Evaluate performance data to calculate benchmarks for sellable social and long-form video assets

Requirements

  • Seven plus years of experience in integrated marketing, creative strategy, and sales development, with a focus on digital media, data collection, lifestyle, and influencer marketing, specifically in creating proposal pitches that boost revenue
  • Profound knowledge of the pre-sale process and a proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to secure new business opportunities
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, including impeccable grammar, well-structured content, compelling storytelling, and excellent copywriting abilities
  • Expertise in designing and crafting presentations using software like Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Experience in data collection and analysis from social media and long-form video content. Bonus points for experience pulling data from YouTube CMS, backend social analytics platforms, Zoomph or other 3rd party reporting partner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks
  • A team player with a flexible, solution-oriented approach, adept at working harmoniously with others, maintaining a positive attitude, and demonstrating humility
  • Self-reliant and entrepreneurial, capable of working independently and aligning business operations with the company's vision and objectives
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and effectively prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced work environment
  • Confident and comfortable in participating in client pitch meetings as required
  • Experience in reviewing media plans, budgets, and profit and loss statements to ensure that proposals maintain reasonable profit margins
  • Comprehensive understanding of the current gaming landscape, covering publishers, creators, esports, and events.
