As a Upstream Chemicals - Lead Sales Specialist, you'll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, fast-paced environment you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted leader, you'll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships and thorough business understanding.
As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying business growth targets and implementing sales plans across the Permian basin, in collaboration with Service Delivery, Field Business Development and Technology teams
- Building long-term strategic relationships with engineering, supply chain and executive personnel at customer regional offices
- Preparing of commercial proposals for chemical solutions to share with our customers
- Ensure compliance with Sales and Service Standards at a key customer accounts
- Drive the development of short and long range sales goals in concert with Permian Service Delivery and Sales Management
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant industry experience
- Have a minimum four years of experience in upstream production chemicals
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills and an ability to build trusting relationships
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
