  • Specializes in collecting, organizing, and then analyzing the data from multiple projects, data sources, and relevant systems like SAP, Cisco, HIRS, SAP Business Intelligence
  • Builds data models, diagnoses, validates, and improves the performance of these models over time in addition to creating efficient and reusable DAX, Power query, SQL queries, R Scripts
  • Analytical role for developing KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business’s initiatives
  • Work alongside with Sr. Data Analyst to identify performance indicators to locate and correct problems
  • Provide monthly performance metric and month end management reporting data sets, while ensuring timely delivery of accurate information to the relevant stakeholder groups
  • Execute ad hoc analysis and reports, according to special requirements, as needed
  • Provide assistance during internal audit
  • Further works with the BPE, business’s departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders, in developing business requirements, conducting gap analyses, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, through analytical data processing when needed.
  • Advise on improvements of reporting process with regards to data extraction and report preparation
  • Data analysis, data preparation, accuracy, and developing reports for different stakeholder groups following established SLAs & KPIs framework and definitions
  • Develops models and ad hoc reports, sharing observations and recommendations with senior data management, executives, and stakeholders for further consideration
  • Develop and present dashboard project using Business Intelligence tool, i.e., Power BI
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance or Information technology or any equivalent course welcomed)
  • Minimum one-year experience in reporting function in SSC or BPO
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Honest, innovative, motivated, flexible
  • Good team player, also able to work independently on projects
  • Minimum one year of preparation, data analysis and data extraction
  • Knowledge of automation / BI solutions and experience in working with them
  • Experience in assisting in the evaluation and development of enhancements to automate process for reporting purposes.
  • Average Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal skills, and intercultural competency including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict, intercultural competency
