The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-house and externally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3-5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
