Role: Data Center Officer:
The Data Center Operations Officer is responsible for assisting the Data Center Operations Department Head in establishing the unit’s strategy and overseeing the daily operations with the objective of meeting agreed SLAs.
The DCO Officer is expected to perform procedural training for new Data Center Specialists and cascade of changes in system handling and batch process to all DC Specialists.
The DCO Officer is expected to collaborate closely with the DCO Head in monitoring the overall performance of the team and to assist the DCO Head in managing the team capacity and utilization.
WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
·Minimum 5 years working experience as a Data Center Operator / Data Center Specialist
·With at least 3 years working experience in a supervisory capacity
