QMS and Data Quality Lead

Qualifications:

• A college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
• A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of demonstrated work experience in Quality Management, preferably within an ISO-certified company.
• A comprehensive background in Quality Management Systems, Process Analysis, and Process Improvement is essential.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

QMS Document Control

• Lead the preparation and control of documented information required by ISO-9001:2015.
• Guide all QMS process owners in process and system documentation.

Internal QMS Auditing

• Create an audit plan and perform a QMS audit based on the ISO-9001:2015 standard.

QMS Non-Conformance Monitoring

• Monitor to closure of the Non-Conformance Reports.
• Support the QMS process owners in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

QMS Risk Monitoring

• Review, monitor, and evaluate the risk management of the business units, in alignment to the QMS requirements.

QMS Value Add Initiative

• Deliver value-adding information such as producing materials that help the organization understand improvement initiatives and share QMS best practices.

QMS Reporting

• Conduct research and prepare QMS presentations or reports as assigned.
• Submission of Monthly QMS Effectiveness Report.

DATA QUALITY

Data Quality Documentation

• Develop Data Quality procedures and processes in compliance with the Data Quality Policy and ISO standards.

Data Quality Inspection

• Support the Corporate Governance and Data Privacy team in driving data quality plan, verification, and control to deliver substantial improvements.

Data Quality Non-Conformance Monitoring

• Track and Manage Data Quality KPIs across the business.
• Assess and conduct RCA / Deep dive analysis with relevant business.

Data Quality Risk Monitoring

• Implement and track controls and compliance metrics (established and communicated) to reduce data issues and improve data quality.
• Escalate risks and issues to the Head of Business Compliance and Process Excellence.

Data Quality Communication

• Provide expert knowledge of data quality in support of Business Operations and Support teams.
• Deliver communication about the data quality activities to the key stakeholders throughout the process.
• Help in running relevant awareness training as well as initiatives to ensure alignment of different data owners to data quality objectives and plans.

Data Quality Value-Add Initiative

• Conduct constant data review and analysis to provide the Data Governance Operating Committee with feedback and recommendations for improvements in the data management and governance process, standards, and guidelines.

Data Quality Reporting

• Create reports and dashboards to measure data quality.
