Remote VA PH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role involves a combination of HR, secretarial, and recruiting tasks, including entering information into custom software, scheduling appointments, uploading resumes, and other related administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and executive assistance, with proficiency in QuickBooks and HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage data in custom software systems
Schedule and manage appointments for executives
Upload and organize resumes in the database
Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruiting and onboarding
Perform general secretarial duties as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting, HR, or executive assistance
Proficiency in QuickBooks and HubSpot
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with custom software systems
Background in HR or recruitment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Schedule
Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)
