𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 (𝐓𝐄𝐂-𝟐): 𝐁𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 – 𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐒, 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒 | 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 ‘THE EDUCATORS’, a project of Beaconhouse, continued its legacy of excellence in education by hosting the second edition of ‘THE EDUCATORS CONFERENCE’ (TEC-2) in Multan on 26 October 2024. This transformative event, designed for educators, school leaders, and change-makers in Pakistan, provided an enlightening platform aimed at sharing knowledge, fostering innovation, and shaping the future of education. The conference was sponsored by Albakio International, AZ International Publishing House, Volka Food International Limited , Ch. Ghulam Rasool & Sons, Servo Motor Oil, Faisal Movers, and Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital. At TEC-2, attendees participated in a variety of breakout sessions, exploring diverse teaching techniques and concepts that empower educators as facilitators of knowledge and advocates for active learning. The conference emphasized emotional well-being, resilience, and social skills, recognizing the pivotal role these elements play in the lifelong success of students. Additionally, TEC-2 addressed the importance of mindful leadership, authentic connections, and practical strategies for achieving work-life balance and personal fulfillment. Ms. Fauzia Adnan, Head of Academics ‘THE EDUCATORS’, opened the conference with a welcome address, followed by remarks from the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker, Professor Dr. Muhammad Ali, Vice Chancellor of Punjab University. TEC-2 featured a thought-provoking panel discussion on 'Learning How to Learn,' with distinguished panelists Mr. Ali Raza, Mr. Usman Shafqat Chatha, Ms. Sarah Bilal Ahsan, and Ms. Uzma Khan. The session was moderated by Ms. Kanwal Babar Malik/EdOps/HO, as the panel explored essential topics in modern education. TEC-2 provided a collaborative platform for professional growth and the development of student-centered classrooms.
