Microsoft Excel doesn’t need much of an introduction. It’s a classic in data analysis, and despite countless predictions of its “death,” it remains a go-to tool for many day-to-day tasks. But while Excel is powerful, it has its limits—and today’s data world demands more. To level up in data analysis, every aspiring analyst should be fluent with at least one BI tool. Power BI, for example, stands out for its ability to transform data into accessible, actionable visuals. Then there’s Python, which goes beyond analysis—it’s a powerhouse for all data science tasks, thanks to its vast ecosystem of libraries. With Python, you can preprocess data, create visualizations, run statistical analyses, and even deploy machine learning models. And finally, SQL (Structured Query Language) is essential for accessing and querying data in relational databases. It allows data analysts to retrieve data across different tables, making complex analysis possible and efficient. At atomcamp, our Data Analytics Bootcamp goes beyond Excel to cover these crucial tools. We help you build fluency in Power BI, Python, and SQL, preparing you to tackle data challenges in any field. Join us to take your data analysis skills to the next level.

Breast Cancer Awareness talks can cause anxiety in many women. We get it. However, this anxiety also tells us that how important it is to address it. Breast cancer detection is critical, yet many patients still face unnecessary stress and procedures. AI is stepping in to change that. A study published in Nature revealed that using AI on over 91,000 mammograms in the U.S. and U.K. lowered false positives by nearly 6% in the U.S. and 1.2% in the U.K. This means fewer unnecessary callbacks and biopsies for patients, which can be both invasive and anxiety-inducing. The iBRISK tool, highlighted in Radiology: Artificial Intelligence, can accurately determine whether flagged tissue is likely benign or cancerous. This could lead to fewer unnecessary biopsies, helping thousands of patients each year. AI is also improving how we assess breast cancer risk. A 2023 study showed that AI outperformed the standard BCSC model in predicting risk, especially when both were used together. However, more research is needed to ensure AI can accurately detect cancer across all demographics and reduce false negatives and positives. Clinical trials like LIBRA in the U.K. are exploring these possibilities. To discuss how AI can impact breast cancer detection, join us at atomcamp tomorrow for a session focused on this important topic. If you have not registered yet, link is in the first caption below.
It’s disappointing to see so many capable young people ready to work, yet tech companies can’t find the skills they need. With thousands of job openings, the gap between industry needs and what’s taught in universities is hard to ignore. That’s why atomcamp, in collaboration with the Deputy Commissioner Gujranwala, is launching the Upskill Gujranwala Program. This bootcamp will equip youth with in-demand skills, focusing on Flutter—the top skill nationwide and the second most in-demand in Lahore, as highlighted by PASHA's Industry-Academia Skills Gap Report 2022. Graduates will gain real-world experience, freelancing exposure, and soft skills to confidently kickstart their careers. Starts 11th November. Link is in first comment!
Yesterday we hosted a webinar of how one can future proof their UI/UX skills to thrive in the AI world. This session was led by the CEO of Designpeeps, Usman Fiaz.
Today, I had the opportunity to attend an insightful webinar by atomcamp on "Future-Proof Your UI/UX Skills To Thrive in the World of AI" led by Usman Fiaz . It was a great session exploring how AI is transforming user experiences and design practices. Excited to apply these new ideas in my projects! #UIUX #AI #Webinar #atomcamp #Learning

We think you guys enjoyed yesterday's riddle. Here is another one for you. "I learn from patterns, yet I’m not alive, I help machines think and even drive. From data I grow, predictions I make, What am I, for innovation's sake?" This should be easy, put your answers in the comments below. Happy Sunday!
