Dear all, We are currently seeking professionals for the following positions: Sector Specialists (Health, Nutrition, WaSH, Protection) Qualifications: - Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Nutrition, Water and Sanitation, Social Work). - 3-5 years of experience in evaluating programs in their respective sectors. - In-depth knowledge of the sectoral context in Afghanistan. Responsibilities: - Provide sector-specific insights and guidance during the evaluation. - Assist in developing sector-specific data collection tools. - Analyze sector-specific data and contribute to the relevant sections of the report. Field Supervisors: (Kabul, Ghazni, Paktia, Kandahar, Zabul, Wardak, Logar, Khost, Nangarhar, Kunar, and Laghman) Qualifications: - Local enumerators with experience in qualitative data collection, particularly Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs). - Strong knowledge of the Afghan context, with experience working in the mentioned provinces. - Fluency in local languages (Dari, Pashto) and familiarity with the cultural context. Responsibilities: - Conduct FGDs and KIIs with beneficiaries, community stakeholders, and project staff. - Ensure accurate and detailed recording of data. - Assist in data entry and initial analysis.
