CTC presented Pakistan part of the assignment and Afenet presented Nigeria. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration and possess at least a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). Key Responsibilities: - Lead progress monitoring, utilizing tools such as logical frameworks and theories of change to analyze key performance indicators in alignment with the project’s results framework. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of progress reports, including quarterly reports and updates ahead of key missions. - Contribute expertise in preparing comprehensive reports such as quarterly, annual, mid-term, and completion reports, ensuring coordination and alignment across project components. - Provide technical support and training to M&E staff, fostering institutional synergy between stakeholders to streamline M&E activities. - Support project management units by contributing to M&E data collection, analysis, and reporting, particularly in enhancing crop and market monitoring systems.   • Dear all, We are currently seeking professionals for the following positions: Sector Specialists (Health, Nutrition, WaSH, Protection) Qualifications: - Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Nutrition, Water and Sanitation, Social Work). - 3-5 years of experience in evaluating programs in their respective sectors. - In-depth knowledge of the sectoral context in Afghanistan. Responsibilities: - Provide sector-specific insights and guidance during the evaluation. - Assist in developing sector-specific data collection tools. - Analyze sector-specific data and contribute to the relevant sections of the report. Field Supervisors: (Kabul, Ghazni, Paktia, Kandahar, Zabul, Wardak, Logar, Khost, Nangarhar, Kunar, and Laghman) Qualifications: - Local enumerators with experience in qualitative data collection, particularly Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs). - Strong knowledge of the Afghan context, with experience working in the mentioned provinces. - Fluency in local languages (Dari, Pashto) and familiarity with the cultural context. Responsibilities: - Conduct FGDs and KIIs with beneficiaries, community stakeholders, and project staff. - Ensure accurate and detailed recording of data. - Assist in data entry and initial analysis.   • Senior Evaluator required: a.   Seven years or more of experience in designing, conducting and managing evaluations, including in developing countries; b.  Experience as a team lead in evaluations of similar scope/complexity; c.   Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; d.  Expertise in theory-based evaluation, developing or reconstructing theories of change, real-time evaluation, realist evaluation, impact evaluation, or other evaluation approaches/methods. e.  Masters or PhD level education in a social science, development, or a public health discipline; f.   Fluency in either English or French is essential; Evaluation Specialist a.
