    Your personality is your differentiator alone. ( That's the biggest lie I can see in the business ) Unfortunately everyone is preaching and sharing the half information. "Half truth is dangerous than a lie". Please, stop your personality is a differentiator but it is not if your, price, outcomes and deliverables are same as your competitors. All if these factors define your personality, How you deliver - Some of us are very professional and that's good but some add empathy in their work while they are working with their clients. ( Differenciator ) How you bring results - Some of us are very good at outbound and don't know about content led lead generation, How you make it easy for them is a differentiator. What is your price - Some go low ticket to high, some goes otherwise but if you are price competitive than this is not gonna help your personality differentiate from others. Make a difference at every step so that your personality can be sold.     Your LinkedIn posts are bad if only your friend likes them. I'll never forget my first month of posting on LinkedIn. - Looking for engagement from LinkedIn influencer - Engaging with LinkedIn influencers ( Try to be first ). - Posting randomly and generic content for everyone. - Didn't know anything about copywriting and storytelling. - I share my posts to my friends to Like them and share them. I have never got the results. - I started working on my offers. - I started writing Intentional content. - I started writing about my core skills. - I started working on focused work. - I started writing about sales. Got better. 1 year later ( Lost my previous account ), I have helped: - 12 startups to scale their businesses - 150+ coaches to scale their 1-person business. - Build a team of young and highly passionate people. I learned # of engagements is not my dopamine but my bank account is. It began as a $2K/Month Solo business and grew to a $20K+/month. It’s what happens when obsession beats motivation.     LinkedIn is a business jut like yours. Don't blame algo and low reach, tweak and do business. My posts are not failing because of impressions, and no of engagements. But they are failing if I am not getting clients. People who are not getting leads or converting clients are the most who fear about engagements and impressions. Your content is for awareness, education and taking actions right away, if you are writing generic content you will not get the traction, deep dive and tell them what is not available easily. The best way to provide value that is not available on Internet is through your experience, many people are going through what you have been through in the past, they will connect with you when you tell them how you have solved it. "I am not afraid of faliure, but I am afraid of being at same place next day, month or year." Remember: - Social media trends will not create authority - Bring a major change in one's life this will do - Reachout to people daily, even when you don't need it - Impressions, engagements from a rush of people will not help Write on 1 topic for a longer period, you will see people come and go but you will stay.     I was senior sale manager at the age of 26. I was running a successful business at the age of 32. Those were priorities back then. At 35 now, priorities took a shift, Money is important but there is no meaning of it if: - Your health is being compromised - You are burned out and stressed - You are all over the place without systems Have I sorted every thing in my life no, I am still figuring it out. - I wanted to travel the world. - I wanted to spend time with family. - I don't want to be there at 11 pm replying queries. Back then I want to be rich, now I want to better. Back then I want every thing in abundance, now I want less of everything. I have choosen to write on LinkedIn. I love to see people grow with the right mindset. I started helping people to grow their businesses on LinkedIn. 16 years in Sales, 9 years in enterpreneurship that's all I use to help them. How I help them I do it for them but there is a catch I also equip them with everything so they can work on their own if they want to. That allows me 4 hours a day work for my clients and 1 hours on me. Rest is my parents, my children and a wife. Help yourself, figure it out there is nothing wrong in doing something different.     Stop doing everything yourself. 1 person business doesn't mean that you have to do all alone. Find the main purpose: ( Business growth ) - Creating content on LinkedIn is not a purpose - Getting irrelevant load of engagements is not - Getting "I love your posts" messages are not The main purpose is to grow your business. To grow your business you can't do it all alone. Learn the art to delegate effectively. Find your true calling and work for that.     You are already loosing if you are feeling "Salesy"... I have started as Sales executive in 2009. I was lucky to have a very good manager. My first lesson was awesome and it still helps me. My manager told me when I was about to leave for the field. " You will face more No then Yes " I need you to submit the visit report of 40 retail shops daily for next 3 months. Man, being 19 years young I did it and I am proud of it. I still do it though I have enjoyed the sales head position in the same company, I have enjoyed the CEO and founder title in my business. I have never left the habit of reaching out. ( This has refined over time, yeah ) But I am proudly addict of it. If I don't do it for me who will do it. More importantly this is the best way of learning. ( Communication ) I still send 10 to 20 connection requests daily. I still start 10 to 20 new conversations daily. 600 connection requests per month accepting rate is 38%. Don't wait for the client come to you, reach out to them. Thirsty have to go to water not otherwise. be (come) comfortable with your uncomfortable. Start reaching out today, I am rooting for you.     Video editors/Creators do one thing... Wait for months to self learn or invest in yourself. The difference is cost and price. You are paying the oppurtunity cost. You are paying the price to make it ROI. I am seeing many good video editors leaving the opprtunity on LinkedIn. Everyone wants to do videos but they can't afford the big names here. Here comes the oppurtunity and the whole untapped market. Why they are not capitalizing? - Unclear or no offer - Lack of market insights - No proper lead gen system - No proper content creation system - No proper outreach system Every solopreneure/ enterpreneur is looking for you but: You are lost in the crowd, you are not visible to them.     I have been coaching for 2 years 9 years to enterpreneurship and 16 years in Sales. I have seen a lot of Creators/Solopreneurs burn out. It usualy look like this: - Start creating content ( Random ) - Start posting without plan excessively - All depend on the Inbound leads ( Junk ) What they ignore is Sales and Systems. They put all their efforts in creating content with no plan. Then the pray for the Inbound leads against the random spray of content. They saw the audience growth but they don't know who they are, resulting no sales. If this sounds familiar to you here is the solution what I tell my clients to get the results everyone wants. Linkedin Formula: - Give as much value as you can through posts ( No fluff) - Engage with your ICP without pitching them senselessly - Reachout daily to your ideal clients daily, every single day Offer creation: - Create 1 to many offer - Break it down to low price offers - Do not create cheap lead magnets - Use the low ticket offers as offer Magnets - Promise one big solution, to build trust in you. If you do this you will come out on top. This is tip of the iceberg that I show my clients in my 5 week program.( 1:1 or group coaching ).     Great salespeople have 3 things in common: 1. Planning They plan their next day the night before. They plan their daily, weekly, and monthly goals. They plan every action keeping in mind their end goals. 2. Consistency They are consistent in repeating the tasks daily. For example: - Reaching out - Follow ups - Solving problems They do it when they don't need it. 3. Temperament They know they will not close every day. They know they will have to face 100's of no before 1 yes. They know there are many competitors out there. They do it with patience and don't show excitement in front of clients. Bonus: They maintain the pipeline and don't ignore a single lead, They go back after 6 months when times are tough and feed themselves from their pipeline. That's how you create a predictable system.     Challenge yourself... That is the only thing that will help you grow. - If someone is unsubscribed from your newsletter ( Find why ) - If you are unable to close the leads ( find why ) - If you are unable to generate leads ( Find why ) - If you are unable to get attention ( Find why ) - If you are unable to attract ( Find why ) Challenge yourself, find the reason and Fix it. Waiting for a miracle and blaming the algorithm is not a solution. You are the problem and only you have the solution.
