HR Leadership Forum on Disability Inclusion 🤝♿ The recently held HR Leadership Forum on Disability Inclusion at Hoechst Pakistan Limited welcomed HR leaders and representatives from various companies across multiple industries. We partnered with ConnectHear to create awareness and sensitization around potential talent and workforce comprising Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). 🎗️Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Session & Screening at Hoechst Pakistan Limited In observance of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Hoechst Pakistan Limited hosted an awareness and screening session on Breast Cancer, for all its female staff. Led by Dr. Sadia Rizvi (Consultant Oncologist at Kiran Hospital), the session underscored the importance of self-examination and early detection of breast cancer. Dr. Salika Shirjeel (Sr. Medical Officer, Indus Hospital) - a cancer survivor-shared stages of her journey with breast cancer with the audience and answered various questions from the participants who showed keen interest in her story. To ensure access to essential early prevention resources, HPL's HR department offered female employees across all cadres of management and non-management free mammography, at the Kiran Hospital.
