This month, we bid farewell to our designer Ariba Rafi, as she heads off to pursue further education! During her time at Ideate, Ariba has contributed to various projects, working on women’s menstrual health, fintech, researching online communities for women, and helping design toolkits to help researchers on field. Ariba has been a joy to be around at Ideate, and the team will miss the energy she brought to retreats and projects alike (especially her love for spicy ramen, and getting the team to make tiktoks). We wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors!
