Assistant Manager Risk Experience: 5+ Years Location: Lahore (on-site) One of our prestigious clients (a leading non-bank microfinance organisation) is looking to hire a competent Assistant Manager Risk for their Head Office located in Johar Town (near Expo Center), Lahore. Job Description • Assist Chief Risk Officer in developing Risk Management Framework • Develop organizational and department-level risk registers and assist Chief Risk officer in developing mitigation strategies in co-ordination with Process Owners to eliminate residual risk. • Conduct regular monitoring of implementation of control recommendations, • Monitor Key Risk indicators on regular basis including review of internal dashboards and industry data. • Conduct trend analysis of risk indicators to identify anomalies and unusual patterns and develop heat maps • Assist Chief Risk Officer to prepare presentations for the Management and Board Risk Committee. • Providing technical advice and guidance to the business on risk management policies, procedures and technology tools Basic Eligibility Criteria • MBA, ACCA, ICMA, CA Finalist • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management preferably within financial institution or professional service firm • Exposure of Process and controls review • Capability to formulate compliance policies, procedures and related documents • Strong project management skills in Microsoft Office specially in Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI • Must have good leadership, team management and collaboration skills • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills • Open for field travel Salary: · Market Competitive (Negotiable depending upon profile of the candidate) Benefits: · Permanent Position (9 am ~ 5 pm) with Long Weekend (Saturday/Sundays are off) · Provident Fund/EOBI, Life/Health Insurance, Annual/Medical Leaves, Paternity leaves/Annual loan facility · Daycare facility/Subsidize lunch facility · Exceptional Learning Growth Opportunities The organization is an equal opportunity employer.
