If you excel in data-driven decision-making, have strong command of Power BI, and possess hands-on sales experience, this could be your next big career move.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead sales growth by coordinating with National Sales Managers across channels.
-Optimize trade offers and align strategies with financial targets.
-Ensure product availability and equip sales teams for success.
-Provide pricing strategies and manage margins by channel.
-Oversee inventory at distributor and key account levels.
-Evaluate distributor performance and boost secondary sales.
-Streamline operations, track KPIs, and manage expenses.
-Resolve distributor claims and key account reconciliations.
-Manage a team, focusing on development and KPIs.
-Handle back-office issues like expenses and incentives.
-Develop sales dashboards via Power BI and conduct reviews.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Key Requirements:
-MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant Finance degree (certifications are a plus).
-Proven experience in sales controlling, business analysis, and sales operations.
-Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
-Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, inventory management, and sales operations.
-Experience managing a team, with a focus on training and development.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-You will be required to travel as and when needed.
