When I inquired how it obtained this information, its response was intriguing: "You've shared information about yourself with me in previous conversations." While this may seem normal given my previous disclosures, it raises a significant concern. It appears that ChatGPT is developing a tailored model specifically for me, utilizing the details I have provided. This suggests that every interaction contributes to a personalized model linked to my account. Such a capability is alarming. If ChatGPT can harness this data to create a comprehensive profile of me, it could potentially understand my strengths and weaknesses. There is a risk that OpenAI could leverage this information in the future for manipulation or to influence my decisions. Therefore, we must exercise caution when using these advanced technologies. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 To mitigate these concerns, one viable solution is to utilize open-source AI models such as LLAMA, GEMMA, and GROK. These models are accessible and free to use, allowing users to understand their functionality and engage in training and research without the same privacy risks associated with proprietary systems.
