The PITB e-Procurement team provided hands-on training, familiarizing attendees with the e-Procurement system and addressing their queries and concerns. The session covered essential processes such as User Creation, Committee Formation and Petty, RFQ, and Tender processes. The participants expressed their satisfaction with the session, appreciating the system's ability to enhance transparency and simplify processes for both procuring agencies and suppliers. The e-Procurement system incorporates modern techniques to ensure secure, efficient government procurement. The meeting was attended by the representatives from the Monitoring and Evaluation team. He also had an interactive session with the representatives from NADRA, e-Sahulat, Pakistan Post, Metropolitan Cooperation, Traffic Police, Punjab Police, LG &CD, PLRA, Registry Branch, District Admin(Domicile), Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA), Bank of Punjab (BOP) at e-Khidmat Sargodha in this regard. The key purpose of the meeting was to ensure compliance with SOPs regarding efficiency of administration and operations for smooth and timely delivery of services to general public. The training session was conducted by 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐋𝐖𝐌𝐂) 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐚𝐢𝐛 𝐃𝐚𝐫, 𝐈𝐓𝐁𝐌𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝 and Senior Program Manager Mariam Zaib along with other team members. The key focus was to acquaint them with the overall scope, monitoring and implementation of the initiative. They were also given a detailed brief on the different modules used in the application and the dashboard of the system being used in all districts of Punjab.
