Development Officer Role Summary: The role involves managing site development projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and budgetary constraints. Responsibilities include developing site plans, obtaining necessary permits, managing costs, overseeing construction activities, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders. Quantity Surveyor Role Summary: The Quantity Surveyor sources competitive bids, evaluates quotations, and monitors project costs to ensure adherence to budgets throughout the construction phase. Additionally, they provide financial advice, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with project stakeholders to optimize project outcomes. Through meticulous cost management and analysis, the Quantity Surveyor contributes to the successful delivery of construction projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: ● Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects based on detailed analysis of project specifications and requirements. ● Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings. ● Source and obtain competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers for materials and labor. ● Analyze and evaluate quotations, proposals, and bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements. ● Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules. ● Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budgets. ● Identify and assess variations or changes to project scope, and prepare accurate cost assessments. ● Provide financial advice and recommendations to project stakeholders regarding cost-effective solutions and value engineering options. ● Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize project costs and schedules. ● Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and financial forecasts for project stakeholders. ● Conduct post-construction analysis and evaluation to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. With six centers now operational, we're thrilled to see the growing number of farmers benefiting from our services. By providing farmers with a reliable platform to access markets, Kisaan Doodh is empowering them to improve their livelihoods and contribute to sustainable dairy farming practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services sector and will drive the creation of innovative solutions. Responsibilities: ● Lead the design, development, and deployment of lending products like Bullet Payment and Equal Monthly Instalments and Islamic financing models like Running Musharakah and Ijarah ● Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals. ● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new lending solutions. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless product implementation ● Develop and maintain PRDs and user stories, clearly outlining product features, workflows, and technical requirements ● Monitor and analyze product performance. ● Ensure all lending products comply with relevant financial regulations ● Spearhead the transition to paperless onboarding, implementing biometric and digital signature solutions to improve efficiency. ● Work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Must Have: Experience: ● 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on lending and financial services products ● Hands-on experience in managing product lifecycle.
