Your Mission: As a Product Designer, your responsibilities will include: - UX Research and customer interviews to understand business problems. - Prototyping and testing to iterate towards the right solution quickly and efficiently for challenging problems. - Validating your hypothesis with qualitative and quantitative data. - Collaborating with founders, designers, product managers, and developers across the organization to deliver a coherent, industry-leading product experience. - Being hands-on with data analytics post-launch to understand the success of your experiments. Continuously evolving our in-depth product process with new learnings. Qualifications and Skills: Your technical expertise and ability to weave our cultural values into your skillset are vital. The ideal candidate would possess: - A working knowledge of UX research methodologies with the ability to participate in sessions, connect with customers, and synthesize results. - Deep knowledge of translating concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. - Equally talented in analytics and creativity. - Ability to turn user research into representative personas, user stories, user journeys, storyboards, and other design-thinking representations Excellent storytelling and communication skills. - Experience with laying out clear information architectures and building complex design system. - A strong portfolio linking their design decisions to successful outcomes in a product.
