"Before joining ALDI, I worked as software tester in healthcare and in the banking industry but nearly two years ago, it became time to try something new – a new sector and a multinational company: the ALDI Tech Hub in Krakow. Right now, I’m working as Software Test Engineer in the Development Solutions team." 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲? "When I started, the variety of new technologies was a challenge for sure as well as the quest of exploring the origins and the reporting of data. I overcame them with the help of technical documentations, a multitude of trainings and, above all, a close collaboration between the testers of my team and the developers.  I think this is one of the strengths of ALDI Nord: the openness of the people to share knowledge and help. Combine this with the opportunity to take part in various activities, which build a sense of community and connection and you have the essence of the #ALDIspirit." 💙 Big hearts, big impact!   This year, ALDI Tech Hub decided to take action for a cause that touches millions of hearts in Poland – the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (#WOŚP)! ❤️   We channeled our creativity and teamwork and organised an employee auction to raise funds and it was a big success! Our team showed their generosity by offering talents and items - tasty baked goods 🍪, adrenaline-filled car rides 🚗, or unique lessons in chess, sports and languages. ♟️   A big thank you to everyone who participated! 🎅 ALDI Tech Hub joins MotoMikołaje to bring smiles to kids! 🎁   We believe the holiday season is about giving back and creating joy. That’s why we decided to participate in the MotoMikołaje initiative last week. Here’s how we got involved:   🎁Hospital Volunteering: Special thanks to Gabriela and Marta for visiting children in hospitals, playing games, and brightening their day! 🎲Game Donations: We donated around 100 board games, with half coming directly from our amazing employees! 💸Fundraising: Together, we collected over 500 zł to support this cause. 🏍️ Santa on a Motorcycle: Our Domain Delivery Manager joined the parade on his motorcycle, in a Santa suit to spread holiday cheer. Thank you Marcin! 🎅   We’re incredibly proud of our team for their enthusiasm and generosity. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this initiative so special!
