𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 My name is Elena Bulbenova, and I oversee the full recruitment cycle at Already Media. Over the past year, our team has successfully hired more than 120 highly specialized professionals, each of whom has strengthened our teams. It’s worth noting that we’ve achieved this with just two recruiters and one sourcer. Additionally, we maintain one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry—less than 10%—which is a clear testament to our team’s efficiency and cohesiveness. I’d like to share some key aspects of our internal processes that enable us to attract the best talent worldwide in record time. I know many of you are curious about how we achieve these results. Here are some interesting numbers: • Each month, we process over 4,000 resumes. • Every day, each recruiter manages 20-50 candidate conversations across different platforms and vacancies. • Every third interview results in a job offer, and sometimes we extend an offer after just the first interview. • We consistently identify the first “warm” candidates for a new role within just 1-4 days. What makes our recruitment process at Already Media effective: • We use a modern 𝗔𝗧𝗦 (𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺), which allows us to maintain high-quality communication with candidates, efficiently collaborate with internal stakeholders, and closely monitor analytics for each vacancy. • We’ve successfully implemented an employee 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, which is now one of the top three sources of relevant candidates. • We leverage 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀, including job boards in various locations, LinkedIn, Telegram channels, forums, and more. • We conduct 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, monitor candidate funnels for each role, and manage our budget effectively. • We 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 and test tasks in 99% of cases, acknowledging a 1% margin for human error given the high volume of candidates. • Our team continually hones their skills in sourcing and recruitment by attending industry events and training with leading experts on relevant topics, such as the recent integration of AI in sourcing and recruitment. Our experience underscores that professionalism and continuous development are key to successful recruitment.
