Hi everyone! You’re warmly invited to the final Lab Futures Forum networking event of the year! I’m excited to join Automata, where I’ll discuss the importance of lab automation in adopting ML and AI tools, leveling up its impact across the biotech industry. Using Ardigen’s recent projects as starting point, I’ll explore practical steps to make the lab-in-the-loop a reality and argue that the combination of wet lab and in silico methods can drive measurable value at scale, not only for big pharmas. I can’t wait to share my thoughts alongside Rui S. Campos, Product Director at Automata. Don’t miss the chance to register and tune in to our discussion! 📅 Date: 7th November 2024 🕒 Stream starts: 7PM GMT / 2PM ET 🔗 Register here: https://lnkd.in/d3xpTj-3 #LabFuturesForum #AI #AutomatedLab #AILabLoop #AIDD

A stunning 9 out of 10 drug candidates fail at the clinical stage, and one of the biggest reasons for failure is poor #TargetIdentification. 🎯 Identifying the right target can make or break your drug discovery program. Advances in #AI and #MachineLearning are revolutionizing how we approach target ID, from identifying novel targets to evaluating their therapeutic potential. With AI and ML tools, you can take your target identification to the next level: - Reveal patterns and insights from complex datasets - Identify therapeutically relevant targets - Rank targets according to their therapeutic potential - Evaluate the safety of your target - Predict drug responses in vivo from preclinical data - This blog post dives deep into the role of ML and AI in optimizing target identification.
