Meet the New Faces at Convista Poland! 🚀 Say hello to Bartłomiej, Mateusz, and Filip - our developers who have just joined the #SAPTeam! Let’s take a closer look at their journeys so far. 👇    Bartłomiej is working on a project for the chemical industry, where we're developing an application for seamless financial management. One of the biggest challenges? Developing an AI-powered plugin for Eclipse to streamline the work of developers! 🔧 He's already mastered building SAP CAP applications, using SAP Fiori Elements for cloud-based apps, integrating with SAP Datasphere, and optimizing queries for maximum efficiency. What impressed him the most? The variety of projects and cutting-edge technologies! 💡    Mateusz is developing a tax calculation app. The client had a solution written in older technologies, and we're currently transitioning it to modern ones like SAPUI5, RAP and CDS views. Since the app is being built from scratch, there's no maintenance work involved! Mateusz is responsible for the frontend and backend loves the sheer amount of code he gets to write, as these are freestyle apps - giving him the creative freedom to design new schemes. 🔥 He also appreciates the smooth project communication, where respect, dialogue, and trust are key. From developers to architects to project managers, we're all part of the same team!    Filip works on creating tax reports. 📊 It's a big challenge because he builds everything from scratch on his own, both the backend and the frontend, using technologies like ABAP, UI5, and OData. 💻 Relationships are definitely important to him. 🤝 He loves to connect with others, and here he has the perfect opportunity. Even before joining, he attended the company picnic, and soon after his first day, he was at the Summer Days in Berlin. ☀️ That's the best way to get to know the team.    Welcome to the team! 💪
