Meet the New Faces at Convista Poland! 👋 Say hello to Dagmara, Justyna and Mateusz. Let’s take a closer look at their journeys. 👇    👉 Dagmara is not yet involved in a project, but she’s making the most of this time to grow! She’s learning #German and technologies like #Docker, #Kafka, and #Angular to prepare for the tech stack of our #Java projects. 💻 As she says, "the people here are great" – and we couldn’t agree more! ❤️ She also appreciated the detailed feedback from the recruitment process because it gave her clear insights into what to improve. 💡    👉 Justyna is the first and only Polish team member in sales support, and she’s doing an amazing job working with a German team – in #German! ❤️ She took over responsibilities from a colleague retiring (yes, we have long-term team players! 🏅). Justyna works with contracts and tackles the challenges of the new #SAP S/4HANA system like a pro. 💪    👉 Mateusz is working with #SuccessFactors! He handles Jira, fixes issues, tests, trains others – basically handles everything related to the system. 🔧 Most importantly, he’s developing his skills in #Cloud solutions, which was his goal. ☁️ He appreciated the detailed job ad, which gave him a clear picture of his future team, tasks, and onboarding plan – helping him feel more at ease in his new role.    Welcome aboard! 🎉
