Forest Therapy Center is a first medical shinrin-yoku centre in Poland. We practice in one of the wildest areas in Europe- Bialowieza Primeval Forest. Together with a medical doctor, psychiatrist and licensed forest guide you can relax and explore the outer and inner landscapes. We invite you to forest therapy classes, forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) walks, relaxation in nature, mental health education, workshops and wild nature guided tours.
