The ESG Ghelamco team, represented by Jarosław Fiutowski and Iwona Malinowska, with the support of the PM Services Poland team, which guided us through the certification process, has received the DGNB Gold plaque and certificate for VIBE from Levan Ekhvaia! 🏆 The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) is recognized as one of the most advanced sustainability assessment systems for buildings worldwide. DGNB certification is based on a holistic approach, considering the entire life cycle of the building and its impact on the environment, economy, and user comfort. 🌎 This is yet another proof that VIBE is more than just a building – it is a space designed with the future in mind and with great care for the environment 🌱

Pierwszy w Polsce certyfikat DGNB New Buildings International 2020 dla VIBE! 🏅 Nasz biurowiec jako pierwszy w Polsce otrzymał certyfikat ekologiczny DGNB New Buildings International 2020 - jeden z najbardziej wymagających systemów oceny zrównoważonego budownictwa na świecie. To wyróżnienie potwierdza, że VIBE łączy nowoczesne technologie z troską o środowisko, stawiając na efektywność energetyczną, komfort użytkowników i najwyższą jakość wykonania. VIBE wykorzystuje liczne nowatorskie rozwiązania, które czynią go ekologicznym – m.in. ultranowoczesny system BEMS pozwalający na znaczące zmniejszenie zużycia energii, kanalizację podciśnieniową obniżającą zużycie wody w toaletach (nawet o 75% w skali roku!), czy innowacyjną aplikację InBin, która służy do analizy generowanego śladu węglowego na podstawie wagi wytworzonych przez najemców odpadów i umożliwia optymalizację harmonogramu ich odbioru 🌱 W procesie budowy biurowca wykorzystano materiały o obniżonym śladzie węglowym, a w ramach wspierania bioróżnorodności zasadzono wokół niego bujną zieleń (ponad 8600 roślin). ---- Poland's first DGNB New Buildings International 2020 certification for VIBE! 🏅 Our office building was the first in Poland to receive the DGNB New Buildings International 2020 environmental certification - one of the most demanding sustainable building assessment systems in the world. This accolade confirms that VIBE combines state-of-the-art technologies with concern for the environment, focusing on energy efficiency, occupant comfort and the highest quality of construction. VIBE makes use of numerous innovative solutions that make it environmentally friendly - including an ultra-modern BEMS system that allows for a significant reduction in energy consumption, vacuum sewers that reduce water consumption in toilets (by up to 75% per year!), or the innovative InBin app that analyses the carbon footprint generated based on the weight of waste generated by tenants and allows for optimisation of the waste collection schedule 🌱 Materials with a reduced carbon footprint were used in the construction process of the office building, and lush greenery (more than 8,600 plants) was planted around the building in support of biodiversity.

Budowa II etapu osiedla Bliskie Piaseczno wchodzi w finalną fazę! 🏗️✨ Ostatnie tygodnie to intensywne prace wykończeniowe. Elewacje są już odsłonięte, na balkonach pojawiły się balustrady, a wnętrza nabierają docelowego wyglądu – zamontowano drzwi, grzejniki, windy, a teraz trwają prace nad oświetleniem i ostatnimi poprawkami malarskimi. Otoczenie osiedla również się zmienia – przybywa zieleni, a na patio stanęły ławki, leżaki i zabawki na placu zabaw 🌿 Prace idą zgodnie z planem, a każdy kolejny dzień przybliża nas do zakończenia budowy i oddania kolejnych 140 mieszkań do użytku. Pierwszy etap jest już zasiedlony – powstało w nim 156 mieszkań i 27 lokali usługowych. The elevations are already unveiled, balustrades have appeared on the balconies, and the interiors are taking on their final appearance - doors, radiators, elevators have been installed, and now work is underway on lighting and final paint touch-ups. The surroundings of the estate are also changing - greenery is growing, and benches, deck chairs and playground toys have been erected on the patio 🌿 The work is going according to plan, and every day brings us closer to completing the construction and putting another 140 apartments into use. The first stage is already settled - 156 apartments and 27 commercial units have been built. The Bridge na ostatniej prostej! Budowa flagowej inwestycji Ghelamco w Warszawie zbliża się ku końcowi 🏗️ Ekipy budowlane skończyły montować szklane panele i charakterystyczne „żyletki” na elewacji 174-metrowego wieżowca. Z placu budowy zniknął już najwyższy w Polsce żuraw. Intensywne prace trwają teraz we wnętrzach nowego biurowca i przylegającej do niego zabytkowej Bellony, gdzie spod rusztowań wyłaniają się wykończone powierzchnie imponujących holi. Construction of Ghelamco's flagship development in Warsaw is nearing completion 🏗️ Construction crews have finished installing glass panels and distinctive “razor blades” on the facade of the 174-meter-high skyscraper. Poland's tallest crane has already disappeared from the construction site. Intensive work is now underway in the interiors of the new office building and the adjacent historic Bellona, where the finished surfaces of the impressive halls are emerging from under the scaffolding. Wzmożone ogrzewanie, większe zużycie światła, smog, wirusy – zima stawia biurowcom wiele wyzwań! ❄️💡 W VIBE i kończonym The Bridge w windach i centralach wentylacyjnych zastosowaliśmy wirusobójcze lampy UV. Natomiast system inteligentnego zarządzania obiektem Signal OS umożliwia m.in. zrównoważone gospodarowanie mediami oraz kontrolę obróbki powietrza wraz z jego monitoringiem (powietrze wewnętrzne jest wolne od smogu!). 🌬️ Building Energy Management System pozwala z kolei znacząco zredukować zużycie energii, nawet o 30%! I dlatego naszym biurowcom nie straszna jest żadna zima! ---- Increased heating, increased light consumption, smog, viruses - winter poses many challenges for office buildings! ❄️💡 At VIBE and The Bridge, which is being completed, we used virucidal UV lamps in elevators and air handling units. And the Signal OS intelligent facility management system enables, among other things, sustainable management of utilities and control of air treatment with air monitoring (indoor air is smog-free!). 🌬️ Building Energy Management System, in turn, allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption, up to 30%! And that's why our office buildings are not afraid of any winter!

Ghelamco, Signal OS, PreZero Polska i Cushman & Wakefield połączyli siły, wprowadzając nowy standard zarządzania odpadami w biurowcach! 🗑️♻️ VIBE to pierwszy budynek w Polsce, w którym wykorzystano innowacyjny system monitorowania i zarządzania odpadami #Inbin. Dzięki niemu to nie tylko codzienna rutyna, ale realne wsparcie strategii #ESG właściciela budynku i jego najemców 🏢 Inbin pozwala m.in. na śledzenie poziomu zapełnienia kontenerów na odpady w czasie rzeczywistym, umożliwiając precyzyjne planowanie harmonogramów ich odbioru. Dzięki temu zmniejszamy ślad węglowy i podnosimy standardy zarządzania. Współpraca z PreZero i Cushman & Wakefield pozwoliła dostosować system do potrzeb najemców budynku, redukując koszty i emisje CO2 🌍 VIBE to przestrzeń, w której technologia ⚙️ i ekologia 🌱 grają do jednej bramki! ——   Ghelamco, Signal OS, PreZero and Cushman & Wakefield have joined forces to introduce a new standard for waste management in office buildings! 🌍 VIBE is the first building in Poland to use Inbin's innovative waste monitoring and management system. Thanks to it, it's not just a daily routine, but a real support for the ESG strategy of the building owner and its tenants. Among other things, Inbin allows us to track the fill level of waste containers in real time, enabling precise planning of collection schedules. This reduces the carbon footprint and raises management standards. Collaboration with PreZero and Cushman & Wakefield allowed us to tailor the system to the needs of the building's tenants, reducing costs and CO2 emissions. VIBE is a space where technology ⚙️ and ecology 🌱 play to one goal!
