INTROVERT_IT is a community and an education platform. We offer professional trainings as well as we try to connect people with different skills and areas of expertise through podcasts and events. We believe that knowledge is good, but using it intuitively and naturally is much better. Our main goal is to grow your skills without too much stress. We give you feedback, but not marks, we don't oblige you to attend all of the lectures. It's your intention to learn, so we want to support you, but not verify you :) Our trainers are practical experts, we continue to learn each day and eiger to share our new knowledge with you. We don't specialize on one area, we want our students to grow multiple directions. And we know that after trusting us to teach you, you will use your skills at work. This is why we do our best to create an environment as close to real life as we can. As already mentioned, INTROVERT_IT is not only an educational platform, but also a community. 📢 We are changing for you: no more traditional courses! We no longer offer traditional lectures, instead we offer you to be a part of considered and well-thought practice-based learning under supervision of your coach. How does it work? 1. Apply for one of our mentoring programs and join a small group of enthusiasts like you (the group is never more than 7 people). 2. Meet with us online for 2 hours 2 times a week. 3. During the meeting: - get a practical task - brainstorm how to do it together with the group - get help and explanations from your coach. - solve the task 4. To understand the topic even deeper you have an option of making additional homework. This will test your ability to work alone without supervision. After finishing the homework you can send it to the coach to get review & feedback.
